I recently treated my daughter to a spa retreat, and it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel had lovely views over Somerset, and our suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, making our stay memorable. However, I felt the management could improve in certain areas as there were a few minor issues that detracted from the overall experience.

I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at a lovely hotel renowned for its spa offerings. The staff made a great impression with their warmth and attentiveness, particularly Steph, who went above and beyond. The comfy room boasted stunning views, creating a serene atmosphere. While I had an absolutely wonderful experience overall, the dining service during a special family afternoon tea was a letdown due to inattentive service. Nonetheless, the dining options were diverse and well-prepared, highlighting the establishment's commitment to quality.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Manor House, surrounded by beautiful views of Somerset. The spacious rooms and lovely living areas provided the perfect backdrop for family bonding. While some decor felt a bit dated, the overall charm and amenities, including a relaxing jacuzzi, made up for it.
